Returns and Refunds
Our approach to returns, refunds and cancellations.
Purchased products
Handmade candles and decor can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production begins.
Hire items
Hire bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 7 days before your event. Deposits may be partially refundable depending on timing.
Faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
